The run entry fee also includes all day entry to the zoo and 25% off for any friends and family who come along.

2024 Run #63/150. Heavy rain but having a physical flare-up so run was required to settle my head. Humidity was mild so I didn't mind the rain.

2025 Run #68/150. About 5.67 miles. I had to make a slight detour a couple of miles in for emergency banana milk and bread. This made my backpack heavy and I was struggling until the music randomiser switched to a remix of 'Das Boot'. Energy boosted.

2025 Run #71/150. The temperature hit 26.2 degrees by the end of the working day but nothing stops the Juggernaut. Mrs Ralph wouldn't let me out for a run unless I took some milk with me.
