Agreed all around. Plus, at voyager scale/price point, the molds flaws become much more forgivable. The fake kibble chest, borderline stupid simple transformation, jetpack that becomes useless in robot mode, terrible arms...

TFW2005 are currently reporting that there *is* going to be a Leader Starscream, based on a bio entry that's been found in the TRU computers. But they're *also* reporting that MP Starscream is going to appear back in the US market, too. This is intriguing - which (if any) story is right? Because I can't see them producing two, large-scale Starscream figures in the same year...

The crown looks removable as the heads are the same. But it's still not screaming BUY ME! In fact the crown is pressing very bad Cybertron Leader Starscream buttons for me.
He really does need upper arm weapons mounts too.
If I was getting one by itself it would have been Starscream. And getting Starscream meant I'd be more likely to get Thundercracker and the inevitable Skywarp.
The bird of prey head on the chest is more obvious here, hadn't spotted the teeth to the sides before.

Hmmm. I... Yeah. I mean. It's not *bad*. Although, once again, the wings really need more paint apps. Maybe if I can get him cheap, I'll swing for him. But really, if I want a Starscream in that scale (and I do) I'll be going for the Masterpiece reissue. If it comes about.

In a way I'm quite glad Hasbro are putting out toys I look at and think, nah, because it's a useful reminder that I'm not a completely addicted completist. This line is so good though the rubbish ones are a real rarity. That 'Scream though really isn't very good.
