Hoping that he's able to make his iconic squeaking noise.

Y'know, of this Studio Series style, Wreck Gar is the one character I most want. I love the original and he's been badly served ever since. That's a really exciting prospect.

Come now, Wreck-Gars voice wasn't that bad.

I wouldn't say Wreck-Gar's been badly served, at all. · TFA Wreck-Gar is the best version of Wreck-Gar possible. · Generations 1.0 (or is he RtS?) Wreck-Gar while the wrong bike, is a great update, and his first one. · PotP Wreck-Gar, while being a terrible mold in general, makes a decent Wreck-Gar, even while looking nothing like him beyond head and colors. · CW Wreck-Gar is the only swing and miss. Full disclosure: TFA is the only version of the character I actually liked.

Ah, I've never watched it. The wreck gar toy is pretty good, but it has to be a motorbike for me. I like the Planet of Junk version, despite the scale

If SS86 give us a proper update of him, the rest will make excellent generic Junkions.

I agree that Animated Wreck Gar is a great toy and re-representation of the character. A garbage truck makes sense and I like the way his head looked a bit like an old TV.

Oh yes, Animated Wreck Gar is wonderful. He's a very different beast to the G1 character though. The others are all deluxes and too small in a TFTM lineup.

Ah, I've never watched it. It's the only TF cartoon worth watching oher than the StarTV dubs.

I guess heavy use of photoshop filters is sort of an improvement on silhouettes?
Looks surprisingly great, anyway!

Cool. I know we've got a Junkion coming from this too, but mix and match parts remoulds to give us a third would be great. Wreck-Gar and two chums would be perfect.

I'm game if it works, but I'd really like Hasbro to do it so we could have three different heads. A body, a remould, and half of both together would be cool if they had unique heads.

Original toy was bobbins. -Ralph Wrong... Just wrong. Super bike mode. Robot's a bit stiff, but no more so than anything else from that time and he has lots of detail.
