Yeah but were ID selling them for retail? Were those expensive import jobs like some of the other attention grabbers they had?
Smyths say August 22nd-29th and Pulse is 11th Sept. I think for general UK retail we're looking at a few weeks to wait still.

Hasbro Pulse seem to be slacking even more . . .
Most of the August Pre-Orders have moved to September!
Swoop now says:
This pre-order item will be available to ship on approximately 11 September 2024

Yep, IDT had signs up on their stall explaining that if folk were buying things at the Con that they had preordered could they please remember that they have to go on the website and cancel their preorder, as they import a lot of stock for conventions which is separate to the Hasbro UK stock from which they fulfill preorders.
I think that they have encountered issues with this before and were trying to get ahead of the problem this year. (Only they know whether they have been successful in this though).

Like Ralph, I'm in no hurry for this. I didn't worry about picking him up at the convention. He's coming to a general retail release, so'll be in Smyths in due course so I can just pick him up one lunch-break and not have so far to carry him. (and I can flatten the box and let him ride in my messenger bag with his head out the zip pocket so he can see where we're going. :-)
