I noticed recently that Who One were selling some of the Target non-fiction books for very cheap prices, so I've knocked off eight of them for barely more than a tenner. Bizarrely, these are all new books that must have been sat in that shop's stock room for decades. So I have now added the five quiz/crossword books, Terry Nation's Dalek Special, K9 and other Mechanical Creatures and... wait for it... the Doctor Who Pattern Book to the Target Library.

Reading Cartmel's 'Script Doctor' book. It's very entertaining. Everyone seemed to be permanently pished when making Who in the late 80's.

Interesting... It's not been that long since the Target special. And a bookazine? The publication rate for the chronicles series really has dropped.

That's a packet feel job in Smiths. If I ordered one from Panini I just know I'd get a new series one. You need to know it's a double disc CD case.

It's cheaper for me to order online than get the bus to wh smiths there and back several times to look for it (sometimes they get bookazines...sometimes they don't).
Sods law I will get one of the few Target audiobooks I have.

No classic Target for me. Random New Series remaindered pish read by a nobody. Not one of the audio originals. One of the crappy book tie-ins. Not even a novelisation to go with this novelisation special.

I feared this was going to happen. I checked Smiths yesterday but it hasn't appeared. It'd be an awkward special for them to stock being so thick. I may have to order one just to be sure I get the actual magazine for the collection.
