Remaining Essentials packed as are my Playfair cricket annuals.
My cricket books may need to be seriously looked at.

New Agenda: * Move non Epic trades onto the two units on the end of the Epic wall, to fill the space between the Omnibuses, at the bottom, and the shorter shelf at the top where the Wisden & Playfair will go (and fit!)
* Move the two shelves of books currently there onto the opposite wall and fill that unit, adding in remaining shelves (we ran out of shelf pegs today which was embarrassing cos Jonathan had suggested taking more with us)
* Empty the remaining Ivar in the Library - one shelf of mixed cricket books, one of B&H Cricket Yearbooks (Hardback phonebooks!)
* Move both Ivars in the library whole down to the garage and once there reinstate the shelves between them to form a three unit round the window
* Empty the cupboard above the stairs of it's remaining TFs
* Take the Selects boxes with instructions in the Garage Ivars out their Titan boxes and store upright behind the reissue boxes freeing up shelf space.
* Empty the Legends boxes from the remaining Titans and box up the toys for Nick
* Move the drawer units in the loft into the middle/down
* Bring the Star Wars toys at the rear of the loft out into the light and cry when I see how much there is

How well would these shelves work down the length of the middle of the garage?

I feel that Phil's garage now warrants its own special thread! It still also needs a cooler and more accurate name than 'garage'. Garage No More. Deep Space Phil. Boxford Circus. Martin

How well would these shelves work down the length of the middle of the garage? It is going to depend on how level the floor is. If the floor isn't level due to settlement they could show a distinct lean which might make them somewhat unstable. I think that's something that needs an on the spot assessment to really know. Karl

I think it's a no go. But I may be able to fit them in against the buttresses and end walls

So this is what we crossed off the list today New Agenda: * Move non Epic trades onto the two units on the end of the Epic wall, to fill the space between the Omnibuses, at the bottom, and the shorter shelf at the top where the Wisden & Playfair will go (and fit!)
* Move the drawer units in the loft into the middle/down
* Bring the Star Wars toys at the rear of the loft out into the light and cry when I see how much there is
That leaves: * Empty the remaining Ivar in the Library - one shelf of mixed cricket books, one of B&H Cricket Yearbooks (Hardback phonebooks!)
* Move both Ivars in the library whole down to the garage and once there reinstate the shelves between them to form a three unit round the window
* Empty the cupboard above the stairs of it's remaining TFs

Nah. Garage as a word is just too close to Farage. Might as well call it Nigel Garage.

Back of the garage: One the left are the Trades which, bar top shelf, are probably near final configuration. Back has changed quite a bit, gone are the Titan boxes (should used toy dealers we know want them speak now or forever hold your peace) and in it's place most of the BW, RiD and AEC tubs On the right a mixture of other books. This definitely isn't it's final configuration and I've had ideas since I've been home

This is the cupboard above the stairs here It's roughly half empty: everything left still HAS to be moved The same goes for 6(?) crates of CW Combiners under my bed Eight draws of Generations toys in the cupboard - will need transferring to those big tubs And various current toys scattered round the room
