Canadian sales tax can be up to almost 10% depending on where you are, so maybe the actual price on that set is closer to £20, but even so - four exclusive Micromasters? That'll be oooooh. £37.99 at Kapow.

Oh sorry, they still had it in stock earlier! The postage is a little high, yes, even over here where postage between The Netherlands and Germany is usually very low, so I tend to do larger orders with them.
I’ll totally vouch for how good they are though - good customer service, well packaged and quickly dispatched.

There was an inevitability about there being another Soundwave. It almost felt like he was missing given the number of Siege characters that have been done again.

Soundwave would have to be Voyager. One of the selling points Hasbro have pushed about this line is that the scales are all Sunbow accurate. They wouldn't put a Deluxe Soundwave out when every other figure has been the right height. I just sighed thinking this will mean a bunch of new terrible cassettes - but it probably won't because the Siege cassette alt modes are their Earth ones anyway. They'll probably just reissue the existing toys in Earthrise packaging as wave fillers like they did Astrotrain.

Soundwave: Not previously rumoured, but kind of expected somewhere along the line. Doing the maths on the Voyagers suggests this might be WFC III

Comparing that Soundwave to the Siege one, it looks like a remould to me. We saw that fan mode fix for the Siege one that gave it a cassette deck mode recently. I think that's what this will be with the Ravage/Laserbeak set reissued in Earthrise packaging. Or, as Phil says, WFC3.

I've stared and stared at that Soundwave and it looks the same as the Siege one to me, just like the ER Optimus and Megatron!

With Soundwave you might well be right. I thought the shins were remoulded but it might just be it has no paint detail/battle damage. It's very close to the Siege one.

It's subtle, but all the blue pieces you can see are different. At the very least they're remoulded, but I think they're new. The lower legs have a smoother, flatter front at the bottom, an extra vent line on the yellow parts and different sides. The chest is ever so similar but the gap between the hinges is wider and sloped here.
The grey bits are the same, you can see the landing wheel on the back of the arm

I did think the shoulders looked different. This is like a Ratchet/Ironhide type remoulding difference. Maybe this is from an exclusive set that'll come with Buzzsaw. That would make sense because as you say, the retail waves for Voyagers seem full already if Thrust is wave 4.
