Blaster comes with a tape Phil's just had a frightening thought it's not out of the question that this Soundwave, believed to be a Netflix repack, might have a tape too. Would they throw Buzzsaw in there so we have to buy Soundwave again to get him? |

I can see that happening if they make the Soundwave a slight recolour like Starscream. They could win fans over with that if he was purple.

I just want to see what this SS86 Rumble is all about. I'm hoping for something cartoon accurate that doesn't have to form a tape small enough to fit in Soundwave. Core size suggests something bigger than the micro size of the last one.

Although that does beg the question: What *does* he turn into? Just an over-large cassette that can't go anywhere? I mean, Hasbro have made some odd choices before, so I wouldn't be surprised. Or maybe he'll turn into something that can actually fit into Sadwave's chest instead? And maybe that Soundwave repack will actually be a repaint of Sadwave but with a toy/cartoon accurate head or something instead?

Of course they would. And I for one would not be unhappy about this since, despite now having all the tapes, I don't have a WFC Soundwave at all. That'd actually be convenient for me. Although that said, I was planning on skipping WFC Soundwave entirely and getting the Studio Series Bumblebee Movie Sadwave instead. S A D W A V E . -Ralph |
