I just like that somebody at Hasbro seems to love Erector enough to homage him in a voyager-class figure.

It's political erectness gone mad, I say!
Roll on more Micromaster homages!

There's been a few of recent. Like the Mudflap redeco, and the Inferno one isn't bad..... though *nothing* can get me to buy the Red Alert mold again. I'd sell the 2 I have but they're worth nothing.

And here I thought you'd be happy that Hasbro had released a giant Erector.
Shockprowl, you may want to sit down. And get some tissues handy.

I don't think I'm as innately ill-disposed to the Armada Red Alert mold as some folk - in fact it is one of the few Armada molds I still have any affection for - but I certainly don't feel it is a good enough mold to be trotted out again.
No real interest in Erector, although it is good to see that the Hub can still find innuendo in the appropriate places.....

*where's that bloody kleenex...*
Inferno, doesn't do much for me. Energon Inferno fits in perfectly with Classics. The RedAlert mold is ok, Big Prowl I continue to enjoy, but it aint the best mold ever.
Erector, just call him GRAPLE and be done with it!

That's quite a nice set. It's a shame the original isn't in there, but I suppose it wouldn't really be his legacy if he was included, it would just be a set of different Bumblebees.

Maybe Takara will bless us with an Encore three-pack of original, Pretender and Action Master Bumblebees!

I only just noticed that the red patterns on the movie toy and tat packages are actually the Cybertronian etched designs seen on the Allspark.

WAS: Real Gear Toys
Does anybody have any Real Gear Toys and how easy are they to find? Don't look like the greatest TF figures in the world but a nice novelty nonetheless.
Can pick up 50-75% of it fairly cheaply on eBay but there seems to be a few of them that are pretty rare. I don't want to start the collection if the chances of me finishing it are slim.

I had all of them I think but I believe they went in the big box that went to the Toy Fu team a couple of months back. Nick/Andy B, any left?

Memory says those down the fag end of the line were harder to get hold of But I believe it was one of those lines where even if they're rare, they're cheap as no-one really cares that much.

Its the first I'd heard of them. Even though I wasnt collecting I always thought I was up on the toy releases, there's a couple of shops in Glasgow that were good for killing a couple of hours in just wandering round the displays, but I only spotted these when they appeared on the eBay suggested items when I was buying the Disk Blaster Frenzy that transforms into a stereo. I don't think that figure is even part of the line.

The Frenzy isn't, no.
Some of those ones were cool and interesting, some aren't. The binoculars guy is nice.

I think thats Longview, resembles the top of Wall-E's head? There's a couple of game controllers and a portable handheld console that look OK. There's a couple of PDAs and a flip phone which are naff, to put it politely.
