I am still enjoying the new series, but yes, wow, CoE was amazing. It's probably unfair to expect anythign to stand up to it

Well, episode 4 was....um.
Was the voice of the triangle the narrator from the TF Battle for Planet Earth tapes? I'm not sure, I was almost asleep at the time.

I think it is fair to say that I have officially lost interest. They have had several hours and the plot remains strictly snails-pace stuff, and just about every beat of the last half of this weeks episode was something that you could anticipate almost to the second.
Given the choice between sitting in a hotel room watching next weeks episode, or sitting in the hotel bar with a soft drink I think the latter sounds much more appealing.
I think that I am probably done with Miracle Day.

She was filth too. And her many attempts to 'corrupt' RTD to her ways were always amusing.

Still enjoying it.
It's major problem right now is bringing in too many elements and seemingly not addressing them. Its the same fault almost every story arc heavy US show has had since Lost, the belief you have to keep the mystery and unanswered questions for as long as possible.
Retrospectively my view of the individual episodes might change if the overall story doesn't eventually deal with some of them.

From the trailer it looks like it might pick up this week. The tie-in app now works but it's getting a bit dull as you get very little story with each episode and some of the puzzles are just no fun.

What, seriously? On the Torchwood scale, Miracle Day doesn't have ENOUGH gay content!! There will always be some idiots complaining, even when there aren't any grounds . Just as well we didn't get the unexpurgated US edit of the episode really, then they would no doubt be even more up in arms. Karl

Well got around to watching last Thursdays episode and it finally got going.
If the second half of the series keeps up the pace, it should be quite good. I just theres some pay off from the seemingly too slow episodes 2-4.
