It isn't just sausages I have given up but pies, pasties, pizzas and all sorts. As far as snackage goes I am content with bag of pumpkin seeds.
I've lost 2 stone over the last couple months from a drastic change in diet and have never been more happier for it. I will cherish the memories of my sausage eating days but sadly those days are gone and the sacrifice had to be made.

I have a tale of utmost shame to tell.
In the early hours of this morning, I was drunkenly staggring home after the pub when I purchased a sausage supper from a chip shop. Yes, that's right: chips plus 2 might battered deep fried sausages. However, tragedy struck! My lack of co-ordination meant that one of the sausages was precariously rolling around in the tray. I made a course correction by wibbling my legs to prevent the disaster about to unfold, but by doing so CAUSED THE VERY CALAMITY I HAD BEEN TRYING TO PREVENT.
For I dropped a sausage.
On the ground.
On the cold hard ground.
50% of my sausages were now not available for consumption by the Burns.
I'm sorry. I'm so so sorry. I plead, nay, beg that the denizens of the Hub forgive me for my waste of a good sausage.
