I have judged the sausage rolls of Falkirk and found them wanting. Let the place be wiped from the face of this Earth.

I had sausages this evening for my tea - some nice chilli and red pepper seasoned ones from Tesco. They went down very nicely in some french bread, with some Chilli and Jalapeno relish. Made for an excellent quick meal after my long and confusing day. Karl

Falkirk shall fall. This I swear.
I had a splendid jumbo sausage roll from Aulds for lunch. Last for a while. Trousers are getting a bit tight again so back to high fibre diet and less of the fatty stuff for a wee while.

Falkirk shall fall. This I swear. -Ralph We shall see - after all we have a great big Ray Cannon of doom, and I'm sure we can rustle up a singing star to use as Culture Shock weapon........ Karl

As I mentioned on the old Hub, there's a restaurant in Bristol called The Clifton Sausage, surprisingly, specialising in sausages. I am going there tonight for the fourth time this year. It is going to be most awesome.

I lived in Bristol for four years and not once ever saw that place! Is it new? What a shame I missed out on it!

It used to be called Boubalinos, which was a little Greek place. It changed over in about 2002. Slightly out of the way on the North side of Clifton Village, pretty close to the suspension bridge.
Bristol needs more small independant restaurants... Bath has so many it's untrue.

In Bristol I always liked the tasty hot dogs from the Hot Sausage Company stand outside St Nicholas market.

I have just realised that I have some Pork and Sweet Chilli sausages in the freezer. Might go nicely with some potatos and cabbage for my dinner tomorrow evening...

I fried some 'red leicester and onion' quorn sausages with chopped onion last night, had them with spuds. They were decent enough. Probably have 'em again.
