Monday again!
Last Friday I had to have a barium x-ray, in which a very long tube was shoved up my nose, down my throat, right through my stomach and into my small intestine. Then they pumped a load of barium into me so that it coated everything so it could be seen by the x-ray machine. That was bad enough.
Then they had to pull the tube back up and out. That was even worse.
And then, some hours later, it was left to me to excrete all the barium. They didn't warn me about that!
*CLANK
Today I feel strange.

Barium is that glowing ooze stuff right? George had to have that for an X-Ray recentley herself, but nothing as graphic as you've described.
Make sure you drink plenty bud.

We've had a bit of snow in Edinburgh on and off this morning. Sadly, what had managed to lie up until now is beginning to melt away. Good to see some proper wintery weather though. We were about due for some.

When I first read the title I thought G had been out on the pull.

No snow in Glasgow at 4 o'clock. I looked out the window again at quarter past to find about half an inch of the stuff on the ground. I am happy so long as it doesn't freeze overnight, which it shouldn't do with the cloud cover.

No snow here.
Spent the morning feeling dispirited checking job vacancies then went to Borders to replace the books Royal Mail lost at Christmas now I've got the money back. Couldn't find them so tried the '3 for 2' option for alternatives. Quickly found 2 I wanted to read and then spent about an hour prevaricating over what to pick up for the freebie. Ho ho.

Been revising on and off in hour/half hour blocks today and in between I managed to retrieve my wife's boxed Metrotitan from the in-laws place. This toy had'nt been opened/handled in over decade (anyone who saw it at the 97 Quasar meet may have seen where it was kept, it had'nt moved until today). I took care and dusted off the box (loads of dust!) and took this fantastic figure out. Aside from the White hand guns, this is a decent repaint. The car (Slammer?) is not so bad in red but better in black I think. And... Who is the orange Micromaster buddy? He's pretty decent.

Having an odd day/s. I have access to some online learning videos from the course I took before Christmas but not the time or computrer or shoulder to work through them in the time I have access to them so Ive been recording them using a desk top video capture, been playing them for about a week stayed up all night doing it last night and most of today doing it and I've lost all sense of time now.

It sounds like you've been hypotised!!
Ooh! And a question for Jaymz: Who is the blue-coloured "Skystalker"? Is that Rabbicrater? Did he come on his own and/or with the space shuttle/base and/or a Zone video?

Don't usually have the money for it but in a 'fuck it' moment I decided to go out somewhere for lunch. Alas, the fish and chips was the most foul fish and chips ever to stare at me from a plate. So I killed everyone in the cafe. Then I went to the library, which was full of inconsiderate arseholes who thought the place was their living room. So I killed them all. Then I went to ASDA to pick up loo roll and ice cream, but forgot to buy the ice cream. So I killed myself.
Sigh.

If he does, I'll watch the "Offered With Great Apologies" video. Martin
