Started a 2-week skills course with an agency designed to help people back into work. The outfit has lots of nice statistics for success getting folk into work so worth a try. Once you finish you get assigned a personal worker to help you out. Just a few hours this afternoon, full-time thereafter for the rest of it.

Cute! Mrs Shockprowl loves 'em as well!
Hello Sportsfans. I've been watching alot of Black Adder over the last few days, borrowed the box-set from my brother in law. Brilliant, brilliant. I actually have never seen 'Back and Forth' before- loved it! I must have been singing the theme song to myself alot, 'cos tonight, as we were putting Piglet to bed, she starting singing "Black Adder! Black Adder! De dum de dum"!
We've also started potty training......

We have had one of those days:
* I took Jonathan too the post office this morning (even though I wasn't feeling too good) to give Liz some time by herself and to get the new tax disc. I took the wrong insurance document.
* Coming out of the post office I felt so bad I nearly phoned Liz to come and get us. Good job I didn't because it turned out there was glass in the now flat tire.
* Jonathan woke up *very* grumpy from his sleep. Following the explosive poo yesterday mornming there's been no sign of anything else so we think he's probably a bit uncomfortable.,
* Bunny was found this morning lying on his side in his run. Sadly the trip to the vet was deemed necessary
* Jonathan got woken by Liz's mobile going off 30 mins after he went to bed. 2 hours later he'd just about settled.
So not a good day. And on top of that as I intimated above I'm not feeling at all well - usual aches & pains from the CMT just a lot of them. While I was in London I caught sight of my naked legs in a mirror and was shocked to find the wasting has spread to above the knee. I'm, finding stairs harder to do, need a rest when i get to the top before coming down again.
Still.... there's some Marvel Superheroes comics in the post, and my ransomed TF Universe Deluxe turn up tomorrow.

Hope you have a better day today Phil, and that certain other toys on thier way to you sometime won't be randomly ransomed either.
I'm really dreading this upcoming Saturday evening where the wife wants to drag me off to a work colleagues birthday party. The last time I went to anything like this, I had to humour people I did'nt know and force myself to smile. Worst of all our lift home let us both down and stranded in the cold. Least to say, spouse associated events are something I don't have a lot of faith in, but will have to make the best of it.

No, Tuesday's pretty poo too.
I was joined by my son at 4:00 this morning when he couldn't sleep. Got bitten twice in the run up to 6:00 when he was allowed up. Liz spilt milk into the drawer with all my medication in so that had to be cleared out and all the boxes chucked. Liz can't find the toolkit for the car so we can't get the spare off so we're not going for lunch. And the two TFs I've opened so far are pretty poo.

thats so depressing payres, not even transformers could cheer you up I had a day off today so decided to pre-order AHM, maximum dinobots and some other stuff. Had a small heart attack at the price of masterpiece prime, and brought some of the worlds smallest dinobots. Also discovering that some tf toys that I want to sell now, that I brought for a tenner or so are selling for 3 times that now.

I hope you have a better week from here on in Phil.
I attended one of those gaffers meetings at work today and it wasn't a blackmail meeting as such (as I had been lead to believe) but rather a smear campaign where the gaffers did nothing but kick the union in the teeth from start to end whilst simotaneously trying to get everyone to believe that the company had a fantastic record of treating their workers like they were royalty. At the end they mentioned that everyone must vote in the upcoming ballot but if everyone believed what the gaffers had told them in the past half hour there was no doubt that everyone would vote against the union.

The week finally gets better. Liz got some rest this afternoon, our baby sitter was delivered and collected and Liz won an award at the church leaders dinner for her signing in the services.

Oh look, the original song:
Here's to the jiving e-e-e-e-e-ewoks.... We are the e-e-e-e-e-ewoks We’re the spirits of the forest moon We are the e-e-e-e-e-ewoks We’re the spirits of the forest moon We are brave, we are bold, like the storytellers told We are strong and we will fight, and we’ll stand up for our rights We are the e-e-e-e-e-ewoks we’re the spirits of the forest moon We are the e-e-e-e-e-ewoks we’re the spirits of the forest moon Yes ,we’re the home of the spells, and those highways in the trees When we wanna fly high, we just stand out on the trees We are the e-e-e-e-e-ewoks and we’re one big happy family We are the e-e-e-e-e-ewoks one big happy happy family.

Just had the first morning run in a long time now that the paths are no longer icy. Wii Fit is great and all, but it does'nt beat going out and getting some air in yer lungs.

Shaved for the first time since pre AA I think. The beard was fun and probably benificial this winter but it was time for it to go.
Ended up out on my bike for the first time in ages and was out for 2 hours felt good and the temperature was just right to cancel out my body heat.
Tuned the concervatory into Transformers central as I carry out the biggest purge of my collection ever. Financial and more importantly space needs have finally forced my hand.

Not far enough! I was doing a basic literacy test this morning. In one bit you had to fix the incorrect spelling of the underlined word in the sentence: John asked Bill to cum over to his house. It was very hard not to snigger. -Ralph

transformers wrestling entrances, is probably one of the most original things i've ever seen on the internet. I had to see these for myself. Tis a shame they all enter to Bill Goldberg's entrance music, except for Prowl who amusingly uses the Scott Steiner police siren score. Pretty good CAWs too. It would be even cooler to see them in action. ===KEN
