I like the way we can tell by the movements of the camera where you are looking. Towards the end of your chat with Karl it was obvious you were more interested in what you could see over his left and right shoulders, than in continuing your conversation. ;D
I think the descriptions of feelings after the event (I've just watched yours and Chris McFeely's) probably convey the enjoyment of being there more than the films taken at the event itself.
I'm really delighted (and, I hope you don't mind me saying, relieved) you had such a brilliant weekend, Ralph.

Those vids were awesome. Looking at your booty (pirate-style, not your pert bumcheekery) makes me wish I could have afforded some sketches or prints.

Nick must have sold quite a lot because when I arrived on Saturday his stall wasn't that big!

Nick came down with 25 boxes. He came back with 1, and posted 1 back.

WANT T-25!!! Ahem. Sorry. Ha, I love your unconventionally anticlimactic choice for the subject matter of video #50. Martin

^agreed!
The fanzine round up was awesome. I hope you find some complete and utter knock-off wonder for #50. If only they made a (so badly made it might as well be an Action Master due to lack of transformation) RID Magnus & Longtooth gift-set knock-off.

I still haven't read most of the T-25 fanzine but I'll definitely get round to it next week. As for the promise of more Poundland tat for video #50 I can't wait. Your reviews of these diabolical disasters always make me chuckle and I look forward to it.

Rather unexpectedly, got a comment from Simon Williams: 'Hey Ralph, Just a quick message to say thanks for the shout out and kind words regarding my Hulk vs. Death's Head comic... I really appreciate it ) Hope you had a great time at Auto Assembly... I enjoyed every second! Roll on AA 2010! Cheers, Simon ' -Ralph

I bet you won't get a shout out from Poundland congratulating you on reviewing their toys!

It would be nice, what with all the free advertising I give them! Ahhh, Poundland.

Splendid stuff as ever Ralph.
Will the Botcon comic one be a sober review? I ask based on the chat we had at AA...

Mwahahaha.
Also, many thanks for the kind words, Zudobug! I'll have to make a thread about the aftermath now that I've sent the cheque away to Mary's Meals. Hopefully the first of many!

Another excellent review. The opening of the video is probably the best I've seen yet - who needs words to explain a Poundland toy when you can just chuck the bag over your shoulder in silence!

Ralph, I've just seen the index thread of all of your Stardub videos and I found a few on there that I haven't seen. My social life has now just disappeared because of you as I go through all of the vids that I haven't seen yet!
You also say that you don't want people commenting on that thread so I suggest that you lock the thread so that people can't do so.

I've just watched a few more of the videos and I'm jealous! I now demand two things - enough money to buy all of the TF's I want and a room the size of a museum to put them in!
On a side note, on the Slumblebee and Softimus Prime review you bring on another soft toy which you call a mole. It is in fact a duck-billed platypus. Sorry for nitpicking but that's just how I am!

The mole's name is Matthew. I just checked under his vest and he's a mole all right.
Sometimes Blot cuddles up to him at night. They are fast friends.
