Week 39 and the Arrival of Autumn

Cheers I was feeling very miserable with myself last night. Couldn't sleep last night but not really any pain today just swelling. Oddly I was told the swelling is could get worse tomorrow rather than better.

Anyway I think its time to get back to the casting project next week. I've got quite a back log developing now.

Been up to London this week.

Weds I had lunch with a friend from School who I'd not seen for 18 years.
Weds I had dinner with a friend from 6th form college I'd not seen for 12 years.

Then on Friday on the way home I ran into ex girlfriend #1 who I'd not seen for 5 1/2 years !
