Splendid. I've accidentally deleted a pic from Gav so waiting on him resending it. But I am flatting the image right now.
The hardest thing has been assembling it and forcing some of the images being obscured as it's been top notch work from everyone. I'll start giving you some nice previews over the next day or so!

If it helps, I'm not very happy with Brawn's legs and you're more than welcome to obscure them.

You can obscure any of my three. In fact, put them in shadow at the back. Yes. That would be best for everyone.

Hey, Andy, if you're busy arranging them, does that mean you already coloured them? Or are you gonna colour them once assembled?

I assembled them and then started the colouring. I'm just about done with the flatting and had the most unholy panic when I realised I'd forgotten to put Bumper in. Queue much panic as I slotted him in, thankfully there was some nice space to stick him in.
Just waiting on Gav resending me Gears (as I deleted the email - idiot) to have the fully asssembled pic. Once I have that and he's flatted I will be emailing all of you fine chaps (and lady) who pitched in updated and previews. Not going to share it online till it's done.
I'm just doing Laserbeak, Buzzsaw and Soundwave the now. Then it's error checking time and then I'll start on the shadows and highlights.

Thanks, Andy! It's a great crowd scene with lots of varying styles, though given that we did full body pics it's less than the sum of its parts (and not quite what I expected - Ironhide would have been much quicker to do if I'd known in advance, and I was quite pleased with Wheeljack's arms. ). Any chance of having a link in the magazine to a website where people can see all the individual images unobscured? Edit: What's the green thing hovering over Cliffjumper's head? Thundercracker's my favourite, though Trailbreaker looks awesome. Martin

I'd always planned on having a full gallery online when the thing is finished, though I hadn't planned on adding a link in the magazine but I shall now.
I didn't want to just have a succession of full body shots as it's been done before and it's a bit less interesting to me and when the image is finished and properly framed the reason for it being like that will become apparent.
The green thing is a hologram of Cybertron being held by Huffer.
It was really tough moving the characters about and obscuring bits and bobs. I totally enjoyed your mouse-created art Martin. I demand a comic strip from you in that style at some point! It's cool seeing all these styles together as well as the different approaches, toy, comic, cartoon to people's own take on characters.

Those took a few hours each to do in that style. When I draw by hand it takes a few minutes. I really need to buy a new scanner one of these months. But you can put Gears in front of Brawn's legs with my blessing. Martin

Heh! Time to get the rest of the Hub to join me in my quest!
I've done some mouse-based comics in my youth. If I can ever get my Amiga up and running I shall print them off and scan them.

Well, if I ever were to do a comic strip in that style, I wouldn't ask you to letter it as you'd probably put speech balloons over the bits that took longest to do, you rotter. But no no, never never never! Edit: I like what you've done with those windscreens. Martin
