Nope. No Krang, Bebop, or Rocksteady.
In the new series, there is a race that's called The Kraang, that is an amalgam of the Utrom from the original source, and Krang (Who was based on the Utrom) from the old cartoon.
The Kraang created the Mutagen, and have some goal that we still don't know about. They work independently. Shredder and the Footclan are the main villain. Shredder is more of a crimelord than he was in the old cartoon (More like he was in the live action movies). He has two henchmen, who were mutated recently into Dogpound and Fishface. And more recently, Baxter Stockman has started to work for Shredder. So, so far the turtles have a war on two fronts. They're trying to deal with Shredder, who's sworn to kill them, and to stop The Kraang invasion.
The new series does a pretty good job of taking from multiple sources. It has an overall feel of the live action movie universe, has a ton of nods to the original comics, original cartoon, original toyline, and just... really there are elements from every single source, while creating it's own unique identity. IMO, it's one of the most successful relaunches.
I highly recommend trying to watch it if you can.

Something that becomes more and more noticeable everytime I see it in this series, and that could lead to some really interesting drama later on, is that during the opening credit sequence, we see what appears to be an already-mutated Splinter deliberately placing the four baby turtles into the Mutagen. As far as I'm aware, that's a very new twist on the origin, which normally has them all accidentally turned at the same time. Check out the style they use to animate that bit as well; Splinter in silhouette with glowing red eyes... all very sinister if you ask me. (I've done my first bit of fan-art for this series. Anybody interested can check it out here; tmukhub.proboards.com/thread/7135/first-pass-new-tmnt )

I had never noticed that before, but the way it is animated does look like he is sitting something down before we see the per turtles sitting in the ooze. Something that came to mind when watching the newest episode yesterday. I shall put it in a spoiler just incase my theory turns out to be correct. I don't read any board etc so I don't know if this has been brought up before: {SPOILERS WITHIN}We had Karai debut last week, and she did call Shredder father. As we do not yet know if she is his biological or adopted child, I believe that she is actually the daughter of Splinter that appears in the photo of him and his dead wife. It makes sense for Splinter to believe his daughter to be dead, while his arch nemisis has raise her as his own. It just seems an evil thing to do.

POTENTIAL SPOILERdeliberately mutate herself...
...But your idea sounds more likely to me.

As far as I'm aware, that's a very new twist on the origin, which normally has them all accidentally turned at the same time. I hope future episodes explain that further. You also see the next shot from (most likely) Raph's perspective of the red bandana being placed over his eyes. That could be anything, but also nod to the bros originally having red bandanas like in the IDW comics. Nothing wrong with Splinter being a bit dark to start with. Many fans have always commented on Splinter having a revenge agenda by raising the Turtles to carry it out. Of course, over the years Splinter may have calmed down and mellowed out a little in this canon. He's had a lot to be angry about from the beginning. Would like to see how it turns out. Some of the upcoming toys indicate flashback stories on the way, but it does maybe eliminate the red bandana thing.

Here's the first ep for Ralph. {Spoiler} I can't say I like the animation. It seems competent enough, but it's just not a style that's for me. I kinda wish CGI would just go away.

I wasn't sure at first, but at times the CGI does look like it could be stop motion at time. It does grow on you and is a very fun series.

I myself had thought that Kurai's mother was Splinter's wife, but never thought Splinter was her father. Boy, Raph would *really* pick on Leo if you're right.

A lot of fans are expecting that outcome. A revelation that would certainly bring out the red mist in Splinter.

So apparently Megan Fox has been cast as April in the new movie. www.variety.com/article/VR1118066448/Once again Micheal Bay misses the point spectacularly. I would honestly rather just see Mae Whitman be both the face and the voice. At least we still have the awesome show and comics.

Indeed. The active show and comics will still remain when the passive movie has come and gone.
Mae Whitman would make a great April. I don't recall it being confirmed whether Megan Fox is actually cast as April or not.

The reports seem to conflict, I think someone was overzealous and assumed, and that's what spread.

Blerge. Blerge I say.
Would be perfectly happy if Megan Fox drifts back into obscurity again. It's going to happen sooner or later, so it may as well be sooner.
Mae Whitman would be wonderful (I absolutely adore her, and I'm thrilled that she's becoming a powerplayer when it comes to voice acting. She so deserves it, and has been wonderful as Tinkerbell and April), but she doesn't have the name she needs. And given Bay's influence over things, she's also too normal looking. She's beautiful (IMO), but she's not "the hot chick" that bay wants to bend naked over a motorcycle.
But then Megan Fox isn't the problem. She's just a symptom. The problem is Bay being attached to this project, period.
I tell you, I wouldn't mind seeing Kristen Stewart cast as April. She gets a lot of flak from Twilight haters, but quite frankly she doesn't deserve it. She's a decent actress, and I think she'd be a good choice. Ellen Page and Kat Dennings would also be good.

Not for season one... but you know, what would be a fun finale for season 2? Shredder gets doused with mutagen. Turtles think that's the end of him.
Season 3 premiers, with us finding out that Shredder exists, but is mutated. However, we do not see him directly. Maybe just glowing eyes in the dark, or just his shadow ow something, and he does not reveal himself. However, he now has it out for the Kraang, too. Going so far as to capture and imprison one to try to find a way to reverse his mutation (Perminantly adding one Kraang to the footclan) About halfway through we finally see Shredder has been mutated into either a kimodo dragon, tiger, rat, or turtle (The last two being the most logical and poetic)

This Shredder seems to be super enough, as it is, lol. Also, the mutagen here doesn't seem to work that way in this series. Everytime it's been used it's turned people into the last DNA they came into contact with (Or creating things from scratch from DNA. WTF?)
So... I could see Shredder being pleased with Bradford and Xever, and deciding he wants to create a mutant army. In the process of trying to get it from the Kraang, the turtles defeat him, leave him in a pile of rubble ALA Super Shredder. Though I'm starting to like the idea of him becoming a turtle. Maybe a Slash nod.

I'm not sure of Shredder's main objective yet. Take over the world or take out Splinter. So far, Saki seems more interested in personal revenge than crime sprees and domination.
An upcoming episode entitled Enemy of my Enemy could prove interesting.

Nope it has suffered that odd American tv scheduling where it takes a couple of weeks break, airs one episode then goes on a break again. I believe it returns tomorrow night.

Nickolodeon is *really* bad about that. Worse than any other source. (No one considers cartoons important, including the networks who's only job is to show them).
Try being into Kung Fu Panda, and after a couple weeks you'll want to blow your brains out over how horribly nick screws over that show. TMNT in contrast has actually been increadibly consistant.
Phineas & Ferb gets it even worse... and it's Disney's single biggest hit. Amazing considering it plays almost constantly, 24/7, that they can't be consistant with new episodes.
Anyone who's been into Thundercats, Green Lantern, Young Justice, Clone Wars, Generator Rex, or Ben 10 needs no commenting on how Cartoon Network operates.
The Hub is by far the best channel. It's more consistant than major networks. You can reliably find the same show on at the same time, every week. It may be an odd time... (Dan Vs airs new episodes saturday at 3:30 pm... really odd time for a comedy targeted at adults) But as far as I'm concerned, it's a really well run channel. It could use some improvement, but there's not much room to complain.
But Nick is too busy with daily 8 hour marathons of Spongebob, iCarly, and Fairly Odd Parents to actually show anything new, consistantly.
All that said, new episode tomorrow night and saturday morning, called "Baxter's Gambit."

Baxter's Gambit was brilliant. Without spoilers, it was good to see a little of Xever/Fishface's backstory.

Indeed it was another great episode. I did smile at a little throw away line when either Leo or Ralph called Karai "Sister". I can't remember where exactly in the episode it happened, but it was as Karai was leaving.
Edit: I found it. It's about 7 mins 35 seconds and Leo says it just before leaving.
