Let my Amazon Prime subscription auto-renew after 'The Rings of Power' ended (and I finished 'Reacher'), in order to try the new SF series 'The Peripheral', apparently based on a William Gibson novel. Enjoyed the first two episodes, wish I could binge the rest but I'll have to wait for them to come out weekly.

I'm watching Lightyear on Disney at the moment. I don't think I'd clicked that this is a full-blown animated sci-fi film. The plot's not going to win any awards but this is fun.

Thanks to the time of year, watched Halloween 4 and 5 on the day and Prince of Darkness in the wee small hours. Well done TCM and Talking Pictures.
Still think Halloween 5 is such a letdown after the ending of 4, although Donald Pleasance does some fine scenery chewing.
Prince of Darkness - an underrated 80's classic and one of Carpenter's best.

Today's Knight Rider was the backdoor pilot for the terrible CODE OF VENGEANCE spin-off. You could tell The Hoff was not into it that week.

I knew it finished with season 4. What I will judge tomorrow is whether it had a proper ending.
The viewing figures dropped each year. Watching it, I can't work out why.

Finished Westworld.
That ending seemed pretty final. But then, they ended every other season in a way that could be taken as the final ending. So I'm sure that if they had been asked to do a fifth they could have come up with a way to continue.
Season 4 was the best season since season 1.
