chilli sauce is for wusses compared to the might of lime pickle. OK I was slaking the pickle but....

No.
Chilli sauce is the CORRECT accompaniment to the mighty Chicken pakora.

I have no objection to trying lime pickle. But when it comes to pakora, chilli sauce is an essential ingredient of the overall greatness.

My local pub's breaded mushrooms.
Sainsbury's chicken tikka biryanis.
After Eights, of which I have accumulated too many boxes.
And normal Irish cream liqueur. Had a bottle of Vom Fass chocolate cream liqueur over Christmas but it was rather thick and slow pouring for a drink. More like a sauce actually.

Liz got Chinese in tonight, and there were some pancake rolls in the deal.
These were unlike any other pancake roll I'd ever had: they'd been deep fried in batter!
The Chinese version of Pizza Crunch!

I had one of those. The normal takeaway was closed, so we went to a different one which did spring rolls in batter. I can't say I approved, it was like eating a heart attack! (I do like my spring rolls )

Unfortunately, I was unable to finish a curry meal at a restaurant yesterday (or have a desert) as with perfect comedy timing I came down with strong stomach pains part-way through. A swift exit to my abode to lie down with some painkillers was required!

This foodstuff needs a UK release. Thinking of giving Hotcha another chance. Not sure what their service is like elsewhere on the map, but ours in Keynsham is terrible. Months later after I last ordered from them, they keep trying to entice me back with codes and coupons...
