im currently on the star wars cereal, its very nice, don't understand why it can be called star wars cereal when it is basically moons and stars with a picture of Darth Vader on the box........

You two have just made me hungry, so I've had a bowl of Frosties.
By breakfast routine has varied greatly over the years. Currently it's a yoghurt for my stomach's sake and that's it.... and that's after having had a half hour wait for my digestion tablet to take effect. Sometimes, if I'm hungry, I can manage a bowl of cereal, or porridge in the winter, or some toast. At a push a Bacon Sandwich. But I can't go out and have a full cooked breakfast like Liz does!

Hm, don't know about that but on Sunday I discovered the "all day breakfast panini" sold by the cafe on Haymarket station. Unlike most of these things it contained sausage, bacon and cheese. Which meant that being as it was bereft of egg I was able to eat it! And very tasty it was too. Karl |

Had lunch out yesterday with one of my University friends at Bottleinos.
Having be alerted to the possibility on Saturday when out with Nick & Martin I can now confirm the locally made ice cream selection is back on the desert menu. Had Rum & Raisin, Cookies & Cream and Caramel yesterday and all three were superb.
