Lets be quite clear on this: I would never send Shockprowl Marmite because I F***ING HATE IT and there's some lines that shouldn't be crossed.
And before anyone gets any ideas: Liz loves it so any I were sent would go to her and reduce the grocery bill which would add to the True Friending funds

Another London trip.
Sunday: Masala Zone. Poppadoms, veg pakora, lamb biryani, Kingfisher lager.
Monday: Comedy Pub for lunch. Salmon steak, Guinness, sticky toffee pudding before Michael Bay Shockprowl biopic. Burger King in evening.
Today: Buffet lunch (work related). Ask Italian pizza and tiramisu in evening. Too much coffee at work thing, so couple of glasses of wine with evening meal to offset.

A nice bowl of ice cream with some banana chips. Unfortunately the banana chips proved too much so one of my teeth and a huge chunk came out of it. That 3 in a row damaged at the top back my right
