Have with the assistance of Suki - demolished the madeira cake made by Burns senior and had some Christmas cake (she didn't get any). Absolutely delicious, have left the sultana cake for the Elder T who is currently waylaid in bed with seasonal lurgy.

I've always thought of eggs as veg. You find them in salad areas. -Ralph Was in Sainsburgers earlier looking for eggs. Couldn't find them in veg. Was about to ask staff and stumbled on them in the baking section. Well I never.

To say something is baltic is to say it is very cold. Usually associated with weather.

I had to buy normal Wagon Wheels this week because the shop didn't have any Jammie ones. I'm not impressed.
I wonder if I can smear jam on the boring wheels for a similar effect.

Well, it might work. I will try this tomorrow and report back.
I wonder if you could cut a Wagon Wheel in half lengthwise and make a jam sandwich with it.

I used to do that, but I used a twisting motion, like taking a lid off a jar.
Though I never jammed and reconstructed them.
This does open up the possibility of different flavours of jammie Wagon Wheels.
Very exciting.
I await updates.

A fine Indian takeaway on the way home after a long day at work. A large Cobra and perusal of the Jan-Mar issue of Curry Life while I waited.

According to Curry Life, actor Willem Dafoe recently ate at the same Indian restaurant in Cardiff two nights in a row.
Sadly not my restaurant, but still.
