I want a 7" Kirk.
He will stand beside Prowl, The Sentry, and my 1st edition Paul Keres: Games & Photographs....

Found the TNG Video board game 'A Klingon Adventure' in pristine condition in a St Columbas Hospice charity shop. All it is missing is one rank card, which can easily be replaced by writing 'CAPTAIN' on a bit of card. It has been very carefully looked after. I used to have this back in the day and it was great fun. The VHS is still there but there were several copies of it on youtube so the game can still be played (I like a VCR and TV).

It's exactly the kind of thing I would buy if shitfaced.
It's no Picard's Desk Crystal though.

For no reason I can adequately explain those seem so much more acceptable than Funko Pops.
I like the Data one.

I wouldn't cheer.
The Toys that Made Us shows will make you angry. Many errors, sweeping generalisations and editing of the facts to suit a narrative.
Although the He-Man one was hilarious thanks to Roger Sweet.

Saw the Toys That Made Us episode not thinking I'd find it interesting, but I did. I'm sure it didn't cover all ground on the toyline history, but I liked what I saw. I can't believe that some company thought they could get away with sticking "Star Trek" stickers on existing toys and pass them off. Things seem to have massivly improved since then.
Though I own very little Star Trek toys, I did recently acquire the Mega Construx Gaurdian of Forever 4-Pack based on the original series.

Very short print runs that vanish in a day encourage scalping and piss off existing customers. For an example of this google 'Playmates 1701 edition Star Trek figures' for how not to do it! -Ralph How anyone considers making anything limited after that fiasco..... It was the point that killed the Str Trek figures for me, just as I tracked down the ones skipped in the UK! Playmates ought to have done a run 5 times the side with suffixless and A-D variants!

Picked up a Playmates Jadzia Dax and Last Outpost style Ferengi at a mart today. Paid too much but they were in front of me and Trek stuff is hard to find at these things!
