I was ASTONISHED in B&M (not been for about 3 months) to find just-put-out case fresh Star Trek Mego figures!!! I have not seen Trek toys in a regular shop for over a decade. I had them all in my hands but pennies tight until payday so bought a deskfan and fly swatter instead so had to put them back but on Friday I will return!!!

Once I got over my surprise I remembered that I've never cared for Mego toys so easy to leave them. Nice to see some Trek toys at retail though!

Bugger me what it is to be a hoarding collector. Three episodes into rewatching DS9 and I'm already checking eBay to see what the Playmates figures go for these days. I used to have loads of them!

I have around a dozen. They were quite cheap to pick up: no more than a tenner on card. Naturally, I own MUTATED TOM PARIS with his lizard babies.

Captain Dathon has arrived from Someone. I now realise I need a Picard in Starfleet Gear to to go with him. I have All Good Things Future Picard, a Dixon Hill Picard and the 12 inch doll but not a 3 and 3/4 inch one!

Ah but do you need the first series one, with the variant outfit he's wearing when he meets Dathon or the later one with the Standard S3+ Uniform?
Always annoyed me that later one took so long to come out, didn't show up till much later with a number of other frankenstiened and repainted figures
