The lead suspect in the really bad stomach pain I had was butternut squash soup, which I ate the lunch preceding being unwell, admittedly on a slightly wobbly tummy anyway.
Anyone else have experience of that particular vegetable causing difficulty? I ask because the basic research I've done suggests it's good for you and for IBS - which hasn't been so much of an issue for me this last year.

I have muesli or granola most days.
Floss pick deployed and am now free from the throne after two unpleasant hours.
Six laxadol sachets now taken as a precaution.
