Trying to decide which Lego Advent Calender to order: Star Wars or Guardians of the Galaxy Holiday Special.

Been many years since I had a Lego Advent Calender. 2013 I think.

Leaning towards the Guardians as that set seems like a more cohesive theme/packaging. Also ties into a tv special.

The set calls it Boba Fett's starship. I guess they want to avoid the word 'slave'.

I try not to buy too much Lego these days, especially with the number of boxes of unopened Lego that we have that are just sat in our eaves because we don't have the time or space to build it. But that little Boba Fett sett is just too cute.

Wow! Down for Microfighter Starship even though I still haven't assembled the bigger set from last year.

I'm not fond this years calendars. I bought the HP one for Blaise, the SW one for me and the GOTG one for George. Hardly touched with doors to catch up on. The new boxes feel very thin and fragile too.

Vollyball Vader is pretty cool though.

Got the most recent version of the minifig guide book with the attached orange Space person for Chrimbo as well as the Speed Champions 007 set. Looking forward to building that.
