yeah, I got mine for about 20% cheaper than they were going for at the beginning of the week even, shouldn't be too hard to get a good price!

First Lego shop trip in a long while. It was absolutely heaving so impossible to browse so no 'pick-a-brick' or 'build-a-minifig' tower fun but they did have the two sets I was after so I was in and out within about 2 mins. The 'everyone is awesome' and '2Fast2Furious car with Brian' sets were secured. Victory.

I realised it was the RRP when I saw that's what Lego themselves are pricing it at, but as Lego sets go it's not a bad price for what's in it - there are other much smaller sets at that same price point. When I saw it first on Amazon at £59.99 I believed that was the normal price for it.
Built the car on the call. Will do the plane over the bank holiday.
Got some lovely details - Grail diary that goes inside Jones Sr's briefcase, special places in the car to keep all the accessories, umbrella, pistol, whip, tunnel road sign to warn you not to fly your plane around this bend in the road, detachable plane wings for when it's going through the tunnel...

Plane built.
I note it has camouflage stickers but no insignia. Guess Lego doesn't want German Nazi symbols on its kids' toys, even if it is supposed to be a German 1930s military vehicle.
