Magnificent! Particularly the subtle changes from panel 1 to panel 2 on that last page. This is truly your greatest work to date, Andy.

The nature of the story means I don't get to do showy panels and have to work on my storytelling and really make it work. It's a challenge but a very rewarding one.

I'd forgotten how cool Prowl is in this story, and you capture him brilliantly. Also, the emotion in Prime's eyes in the last panel leap off the page.

Looks great! Beautiful solar storm effect. From a flow point of view, I have the same comment as before with regard to making Prime's thought captions (on pages 1 and 8) look different from those of the third-person narrator. Oddly, I thought you had fixed page 1 but I can't see the difference now between the page 1 and 2 captions.  Martin |

Just got caught up with the last couple of pages Andy, sterling stuff, absolutely sterling stuff.
The first tier on page seven works really well in creating the sense of a pregnant pause. And the tracking into Prime's eyes between panels on page eight is striking as well.

Ooh, good thinking. the original artist in the 1992 annual was lazy and drew all of them except Grimlock normally. He could at least have done Snarl right, since he had an Action-Master toy. I take it you'll just be designing Sludge and Swoop (since Slag could still transform in the story). Will you be giving them Power Plans labelling random parts of their bodies as having new and exciting functions? Re: Fangry. I think Simon Furman forgot that Grimlock punched a hole straight through him in TF US #80 when he put him in this story as one of the surviving Decepticons. I think it would be a nice bit of continuity (and a reminder that TFs can sometimes take terrible damage without dying) if you have him walking around in ATAP with a big hole in him. And Crank-Case could be walking around with a flattened head and only one gun. (Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think Prime smashed his head in #80 but he was then seen running off without it.) I don't think I will do power plans but if someone wants to use my designs and mock some up I am all in favour of that.
I don't know whether or not I will leave those transformers undamaged as Prowl's dialogue on page 7 clearly indicates the Decepticons had a tussle with the Autobots after the fight on Klo. But I may do them as having somewhat makeshift repairs having been attempted.
