Five episodes a week I couldn't keep up with, but I might stick it on the recorder for future viewing. You must. This is your chance! Just stop at episode 24. -Ralph

The s2 episode with Geofrey Bayldon is good <checks imdb> One Moment of Humanity. For years that was the only s2 one I saw and couldn't quite understand the fuss. I know now.....

This evening was THE RULES OF LUTON. The best Year Two ep yet. Yes it was rubbish but it was so bad it was almost good (compared to the previous episodes which were just crap) and had some nice character scenes between Maya and Koening. Not Year One quality by a country mile but far more watchable than the proceeding Year Two episodes.

Don't know, but they are using the nice cleaned up prints that were on the BDs
Space 1999 is one where it's worth getting the Blu Ray, for s1 at least

Not a guide as in "click on it and here's your listings" but it tells you which digital channel you're on!

Station bugs on screen are part of the reason I don't watch broadcast telly. They drive me up the fucking wall.
I don't cope well with bar codes being added to comic covers either.

This is not what I was expecting. Why does Ralph love this but despise Star Cops? Many similarities.
I love the fact it's visually influenced by 2001. This is what the future is supposed to look like. It's much slower and talky than I thought, but the dialogue is good and the story has some depth to it. I suppose I thought it was tonally a Star Trek knock off, but this is closer to something like Moonbase 3. Interesting!

It's quite comical they have remote controlled door handles. Even Star Trek did self-opening doors the decade before.
My goodness! That woman is wearing nothing but a towel!
