That, which is what all the best BW names are about, plus that an owl suits a ninja best. They're silent.
Also the transmetal tech gets away with silvers and non-natural colors than organic feathers.
Unnaturally colored TFs that are supposed to be organic animals irk me a bit. Dinosaurs, fish, and insects have a bit more leyway than birds and mammals, or if there's a specific reason behind why this tiger is green (heman crossover).
The grey cheetah Nightprowler irritates me. The original mold got away with it better because the beast mode was so generic.

Those are all pretty neat (although I do kind of object to figures that haven't seen released in this country being used as the basis for customs - but that's just because I'm bitter) but that Microzarak is really nice.
