Grabbed a Flight Control TARDIS in the Sainsburys 25% off everything sale. I thought it was time I had a TARDIS for the Doctors to argue over who gets to fly it. Though I need to find the screwdrivers I have apparently eaten before I can make it do the noises. And buy the batteries which don't effing come with it. -Ralph If they don't show up then let me know and I am sure I can supply something suitable from my arsenal. Karl

I've just bought a Flight Control Tardis for Jonathan: he keeps wanting to open the doors on his moulded shut Tardis money box. I got mine from TRU.co.uk: Bonus 11th Doctor and pervy policewoman Pond figures. Beware: the Flight Control TARDIS with Pond and Doctor has the electronics seemingly gutted. 'NON ELECTRONIC!' it proclaims on the front. -Ralph

Would anyone recommend this set?. I don't have any of the Doctors aside from a 10th Doctor I grabbed in a charity shop and a Time Squad version. Was thinking of getting all the Doctors and was wondering if this set would save some moolah. ===KEN

It's worth it. Decent sculpts, 8th Doc is exclsuive to it, other docs have different outfits to the individually sold versions (which are FP only and retail at £15 anyway) and much cheaper per figure than WHO figs usually are anyway!

11 Doctors set is £30 on Tescos website, though it will cost £5 postage if you dont' have a store nearby to collect from.

£35 for 11 figures? Seems pretty reasonable to me.

Bloody steep price for them! 11 full sized figures for £35? That's £3.20 each, when individually packaged they are at least a tenner, and the set has exclusive figures / decos. I say it is an absolute bargain personally!!

The separate releases of Docs 1-7 (with different decos and a monster figure) are FP exclusives at £25 each! Doc 8 so far remains an exclusive to the 11 Docs set. Heck, at £50 it's a bargain!

Splendid stuff, but about double the price they should be!
In other news, TRU have put the 11 Docs set up by a fiver.

Ooh, don't go importing the plushes - they're from a British company. (I ordered them last week; they're supposed to materialise in August.)

Have you guys seen the £200 Ride In Dalek?
Had a feeling something like this would surface, especially since its probably powered by a mini-scooter engine.

I already have a 80's Cyberman, but I will admit to a certain temptation to pick up a couple more for a cyber-squad. I am manfully resisting temptation though.

At that size (and also half the price of the big ones ie £6) I pounced and picked up the 2 Daleks and TARDIS. There was also a Cybusman, but I left it behind. The TARDIS light flashes too! -Ralph
