oh yes. These have turned into a licence to print money. I'm glad I've got a case of the next series on order - I assume it's three sets of 8 per case. There's two of the Starscream & Prowl molds in there plus another Prime which I assume means repaints for all 3. Incidentally the Wave 1 Case is twice the price at BBTS. Hmmmm. $159 plus $53 shipping..... that's $210. Exchange rate is 1.6.... that's £131. Plus £26.25 cuta + £12 fee. £170 for 24 figures. £7 each. That's still good. Tempted. EDIT: This was my 11,000th post! |

Or it's $130 on robotkingdom, shipping is $50, so $180 for a case, or £4.60 a figure. If I had the spare cash I'd grab a case just for Thundercracker and Megatron for myself. |

Wouldn't the plastic on the packaging also start to yellow? Depends on where they've been stored, but I'm sure if anyone was serious in purchasing they'd ask for more detailed photos first. Asking price is a bit high, at about £700 a piece. If someone bought the lot to sell, I think they'd have diffcultly shifting them for more than £300 each, unless they find those strange AFA collectors. |

It got no bids at the £220 start price so he's relisted it at £249 Buy It Now!
His other listings are also chucklesomely highly priced.
And, oh, look, he's stolen one of my photos then even had the cheek to describe the toy as "from a collectors collection". (Note the missing apostrophe.) That's one copyright thief who's just been reported.
The daft thing is, after seeing my listing to steal the photo, he's trying to sell it at a higher price than me.

I'm pleased to see a Marvel Transformer used; I've said before that they're good for Dinobots. The Hulk tank would make a nice War Within style Dinobot.
The "Grimlock" paint job makes good use of the Onslaught mould.

Erm....
Went into Wilkinsons, and wandered down the toy isle. Saw they had the big Prime and Bumblebee Kreos in. Saw the price, £8.99 each. Someone had put the large sets in the place of the small sets, still just to see I took one of each to the till. They went through at £8.99.
I bought lots.
I have to believe this was a mistake, but I don't know if its a nationwide one or just the one store.
Maybe worth checking out. And if it is just the one store then I got some spares if anyone is after them.
