A tragic twist for Andu today. I noticed a strip of GL figures new to me in the Land of Pound (in the mugs aisle, not with the rest of the toys). I texted to ask if he needed Colossal Cannon Hal and Battle Axe Hal. Alas, the answer that he needed them came too late for I was already on a bus for a work related appointment.
Will the figures still be there when Burns next passes that way? This will probably be next Wednesday.

Nope. Work has not taken me near Poundland Mon-Wed this week and where I need to go in the next two days are nowhere near a Poundland. I have failed.

Colossal Cannon and Battle Axe? I can hit several Poundlands tomorrow as I am not working till 5pm. We'll see if GL has made it to Glasgow at last.
