Very hard to tell from these medium res renders, but these don't look MP scale.
But I can't tell if they're legends scale, generations scaled, or intended for the G1 toys.
I'm leaning towards Legends, but the pin hinges and guns actually look more classics scaled.
Edit: Noticed the guns on the vehicles and the handles are tiny. Almost definitely legends.

I saw these the other day, it's frustrating that the original FB post with them says they're designed to connect with Star Convoy, but not *which* Star Convoy.

Grain of salt. My friend says that they're Generations scaled, and they connect to Gen Selects Star Convoy.
He also says they were designed by the guy who originally leaked Puffer and Road Ranger.
My friend doesn't lie about stuff he hears, but I have no clue where he got this info. So grain of salt.

I think that's most likely. I can't see which other Star Convoy it would mean, unless it's a 3P one.
I've been wishing 3P would do this kind of thing for years. Fill the gaps in the main lines.

When he leaked a pic of Ranger and Puffer on 4chan he put the n-word over the image as a watermark to "prevent sharing of the image."
People were not impressed with his actions and attitude when called out on it, and refuse to support any projects he has a hand in.
