That is possibly the most perfectly updated "heritage" toy Hasbro have yet done.
Its bloody amazing.
The car mode from the side looks like movie Jazz but from the top and front its a lot more G1 than I expected. The bonus of clip and bar is that eventually a suitable shoulder mounted rocket will be found to complete the look, ok maybe over the door rather than on the shoulder but close. In fact maybe Tracks/wheeljack already have it.
Not usually a big chrome fan but I do wonder how the united version will look. Chromed feet and some extra paint apps might just sell it.

I'm not a huge fan of Perceptor's truck-mode, but the robot-mode is so nice I'll have to get it.
Non-Animated purchases are increasing. I had promised the missus once I'd acquired the last 5-6 remaining toys, I'd be done with the lot of it.

I am sold on Kup! I have a bad feeling that alt-head for Thunderwing could be for an Energon Megatron repaint to compliment that Prime(?). Hasbro have broken our hearts before. Black Shadow it must be  . |

Black Shadow it must be . I'd be surprised if it wasn't Black Shadow, for the sole reason that Energon Megatron is mostly grey, and Thunderwing is mostly grey. That's not to say that it couldn't appear as Megatron later on (or even Galvatron!) |

I doubt it will be Megatron or Galvatron, by the time it hits the shops Movie 3 will be gearing up and there wll be a raft of Megatrons then.
Plus with Bludgeon, Banzaitron, Straxus, Skullgrin they've shown they enjoy going for the obscure.
