Well done, Nick. The job sounds right up your street, except for the fact that it isn't. Sounds like a nightmare commute. I hope things work out for you.

Mild channelling for me tmw. 'Cos I'm at Uni Tues, Mrs Shockprowl is working tmw, and I'm all alone with Piglet, aka The Destructor of Things and The Wanter to Doer of Things All The Time, after 3 nights shifts in a row. Eeek!

Channeling now for Ian, and warming up for Ralph on Wednesday!
If anyone has any spare channeling energy I would like to ask some for my dog, Coben. As I might have mentioned before he has an undeveloped/undescended testicle. This morning, I dropped Coben off at the vet for his operation to locate and remove the offending article. If it's easy to find then it should be a straight forward operation, but if not it will have complications. If all goes well, I should be able to pick him up at 2 this afternoon.
The other thing is that he'll have to wear one of those lampshade collars to stop him licking at his stitches for the next 10 days! That's going to be fun to handle.

Your channeling did the trick, Andy, thanks!
Vet has just rung saying all went well and Coben is just starting to wake up, so should be ready to be picked up later this afternoon.

Coben is not a happy canine tonight. Very pissed off with his "buster" collar that stops him from literally licking his wounds, and has been very vocal about it all evening. Poor lad. He's also been shaky on his feet while the anesthetic wears off properly. And the two wounds on his groin look very nasty indeed. All the stitches are internal which will dissolve in time, but the outside is quite red, swollen and quite raw looking.

We're going to try to see how he gets on without the buster collar tomorrow, but if he starts licking his wounds it'll have to go back on.
Plus tomorrow I'll be allowed to take him out for a "gentle" walk which will be good as he's not been allowed to exercise since Monday.

I'm not sure that either dog diarrhoea or spiritual ascension is really the right tools for your current situation. After all, from what I can gather from fiction, spiritual ascension just means you have to sit and watch things happen, good or bad, without intervening.
I reckon you should combine your original plans - take a good sized hip flask for consuming from behind your riot shield.
I shall channel for a positive outcome.

Thanks for the channelling guys, boy it was rough! Very hard going looking after Queen of Destruction after three freakin' nights in a row! We just had a steady walk in the AM, then I grab some zzzzzzzz when Piglet had her afternoon nap. Deffo something to avoid!
Channelling continuing for all who require- NNNUUGGGGUUUMMMPH!!!!!

I could use some general all-round channeling. Life has hit the shits of late, can't really go into the many ins and outs on a public forum.
