It's well deserved, old chap. Until recently, I kept a mental track of the approximate on-sale date of the UK TF comic. However, I seem to have lost that ability in the past four months and can go weeks without realising that a new issue is available. The appearance of one of your blog posts serves as a helpful reminder that I should trawl the comic section of my local newsagent/supermarket. The issue summary has also helped to me to make a decision to buy/avoid the comic on a number of occasions.

Looks like TF Prime is likley to be cancelled before #15. #11 is out this week £3.99 for the normal 8 pages. Next issue is #12 out 11/10/12 - so 3 month wait, so #13 would be Jan 2013 - only 4 issues a year then? www.cartoonnetwork.co.uk/prime - the webpage isn't up yet - but lists Prime locations in UK so you can go see the truck. But it does look like we'll have Prime series 2 sept 2012?

I hope that when the next issue comes out that it goes back to monthly or at least another issue in Dec2012.

From the next issue preview it seems like there may be some new characters appearing: Bumblebee vs Piranacon

There's some weird characterisation in this issue. Given that they have no idea where the ship is on the TV show, they manage to find it extremely quickly. I also can't imagine the TV show version of Optimus Prime taking the children to an enemy spaceship.

But its when this is set - we have already had I think it was the story from #3/4 ste after late epsiode of series 1 - so these might be set after series 2 start.

Should have it in the post monday - but a few months during v2 got the issue over a week late. But most shops don't have the space set aside for the comic anymore. Supermarkets stopped stocking it at v3.

I hadn't seen in an issue of it for long enough that I assumed that it had ended ages ago.

Unless Titan have concalled it without telling anyone - like the people who hav eworked on it or people who have lots of issues left on subscriptions.
At least in the UK when a comic is cancelled the people who worked on the unpublished stories have been paid. Unlike DW who where printing stuff that they had not paid for doing. ie Armada UK compared to Energon/WW3.

G says the issue is up to download on the zinio app, so I guess it will hit stores tomorrow.
I do still think quarterly is dead title walking though. Probably clearing out inventory.

Got mine.
Great news from Titan - #13 features previews for TFP series 2.
The only thing is cartoon network will have repeated every episode of series 2 before this issue featuring previews of series 2 comes out - #13 out 10/1/13.
4 issues a year & my sub runs out #22 - apr 2015

I can confirm it's in the shops - I picked it up from WH Smith this evening. Sadly, the latest issue hasn't given us the Bumblebee Vs. Piranacon story that was previously mentioned. However, anyone who has missed the free tat will be overjoyed by the TWO free gifts - a 'Battle Blaster' that fires red foam and a 'Missile Launcher' that fires yellow foam! Sadly, the subscription page has taken a turn for the desperate. The Legion figures have disappeared and the current subscription rate offers just four issues for £15.95 - a saving of 1p over the current £3.99 sale price. The Prime #13 preview promises an 'Optimus Vs Megatron Vs the Statue of Liberty' story next issue.

The subs have gone up - now £4 for 4 issues. So if future issues are priced under £3.99 then its costing more to get the subscription. No letter with sub copy like how they had one with v2.

The local Londis/Post Office had six or seven copies today, rather than the usual two or three monthly issues.

Just found out one reason why Titan UK has been a bit on the dreadful side. While asking Steve White on facebook another question, discovered he has not editor the comic for 4 years - so that not since v1 #25? ? But he is creditted as editor.

No he isn't. He's credited as Senior Editor which means he is like Tom Brevoort at Marvel and doesn't do the actual day to day hands on editing of the book.

Three months already?
Prime #13 should be out at some stage in the next week. Possibly.
