I was 'gifted' the novelisation. I shall read it next week sometime before throwing it at someone.

No, just a cup of tea and a plate of chips.
Noah was a despicable twat, the film was dull, humourless and quite empty.
The Rock Lord angels were badly animated, but aside from them and the wee lass that gets trampled to death I had no emotional connection.

Halfway through the novel. Pretty much a transcript of the film so far scene for scene. It's just dull.

It is over. Finished. A rather poor and lazy novelisation. No attempt is made to flesh out or broaden the screenplay. Really nothing more than a bound transcript. I have read some of the writer's Doctor Who tie-ins so I know he has talent and could have done better even with the dogs turd of a script he would have had to work from. Or perhaps it was a very tight turn-around/pish pay!

IF You had a girlfriend who you were fond of, would you make her watch Noah? Apparently so. As to claims she 'wants' to watch it having spoken to Jen about the matter that is certainly an interpretation of the facts not many would so enthusiastically back.

But I do have a soft spot for Evan Almighty, which is essentially the same film, right?
