FFS! Kapow sent my God Neptune in its original mailer box despite sending an email a week ago stating custom boxes were being ordered, but that I could request it be sent in the mailer if I wanted it to arrive sooner.
I did not send a request. I was happy to wait.
Pissed off right now.

The box hasnt been damaged either but as well as the labels its wrapped (in fairness, neatly) in fragile tape.
Andy replied saying they couldnt get custom boxes ordered because the current situation and thats fine I understand things are not simple right now, but the email they sent shows they knew some people would not want the mailers used as packaging.
They went ahead and did it anyway when they could have used a postage bag or wrapped it in a bin bag or bubble wrap or anything and applied the address label on to that.
If In Demand wasnt £5 more expensive ( and Kapows return policy isnt what I consider customer friendly) I would probably take them up on the offer of returning it.

They sent me ten toys yesterday some of which are not Airwave
Careful with Smokescreen's gun, especially removing it from package: the barrel end is thin and prone to break. I'd cut it out and, once out, don't turn the gun round by gripping the barrel.

I know the point has been made about this but I still find it annoying. Kapow's new FB group for product information has had one post in the last fortnight, a link to a list of new arrivals, meanwhile the main FB page has had eleven new product/preorder posts. What was the point?

Interesting. Kapow have done a Q&A in their now private FB group and answered a truck load of questions. I would summarise but they've asked for info not to be repeated. Worth reading. They did say though that Kingdom wave one is still slated for end Nov.

No, more to do with their relationship with Hasbro.
I'm no Kapow fan or advocate, just an observer. It seems now they've set the group to private they're being a bit less guarded about venting their frustrations.
