I have sat in my lounge all day waiting for Parcelfarce. Apparently they tried to deliver at 17:03 according to their website. Odd, because I was sat here, with the front door visible, and heard & saw nothing. And once again no card left, which makes me think they're going to the wrong property.

So off the back of the MP-47 Hound debacle-
Kapow's T&C's are worrying-
It's basically trying to give the carte blanche to reject refunds of faulty products. Are such terms even legal? Now I acknowledge that they need to protect themselves against people manhandling their toys or certain third party manufacturers not having great QC, but it's a little too broad in scope, no?

Not had any communication yet from Kapow about the Voyagers being cancelled though both show as OUT OF STOCK there so I imagine I will soon. My partner and I have agreed that the long trip to a Smyths just can't be done in the Current Circumstances so will probably miss out on them unless somewhere like BBTS gets them in or Smyths do mail order. No clue as to whether Kapow will get their deluxes.

Saw someone on TF2005 has been refunded by Kapow for the Voyagers. I've heard nowt so sent a query asking for a refund if Hasbro UK have cancelled their order.

Not had a reply but my second W*NC order (Sideswipe, Hound, Chromia) have shipped. The order placed a month earlier for the Voyagers and Scraplink and Mirage haven't. Er, surely the in-stock Deluxes in that order should have been sent? I worry now that Scraplink and Mirage will be cancelled too. If I miss out on the 4 most wanted ones, having paid for them months ago, I will not be happy.
Scrapface is showing as out of stock (and at ID too).

Still buggered if I can find a contact form, but rooting around shows a different email. Perhaps a human being checks that one.
EDIT: Ah, so much easier to see on the Desktop rather than mobile site. I see the Contact form now. Asked for my deluxes and a refund on the Voyagers if they've been cancelled...

Had a back and forth. Megatron and Hotlink are indeed cancelled. Glad I emailed, eh. Asked for money back and the deluxes sent out. We'll see what they say tomorrow. Not their fault but I am not finding this to be a pain in the hoop so far.
Can't physically get to Smyths and they don't seem to have home delivery. AGH!

Info on sites like money saving expert here: www.moneysavingexpert.com/shopping/visa-mastercard-chargeback/However, it can take a long time [8 weeks], and the retailer may be able to contest the chargeback and reclaim the money. I would recommend trying to exhaust all options in getting human contact from them first [more emails, posts on their social media, phone calls, etc].

Checked bank, no refund though an email from Amazon Pay said the refund was 'complete' yesterday. Anyone know how long a refund via Amazon Pay takes when used by a merchant? I don't want to speak to my bank if something like this usually takes 48 hours or the like.
