For gods sake, I dont have any of these stores near me It is probably for the best! Tell me about it. I've cut back on my TF purchases considerably in the last year, but I somehow managed to buy Masterpiece Skywarp, ROTF Leader Prime and Universe Inferno in the last month.

Today I went to TRU in Reading, and found TFA Waspinator, Samurai Prowl and Elite Guard Bumble Bee all for 7.67 each. Also there was that ROTF Hoist vs Mixmaster set, and Human Alliance Sideswipe

I obviously haven't looked at this thread for a little while, as I was happily surprised to find Elite Guard Bumblebee in Toys 'R' Us yesterday. No sign of Waspinator or Samurai Prowl, though, which were what I'd hoped I might get.
The Animated in both TRU and Home Bargains are Mexican imports. (I picked up EG Bumblebee in TRU last night; I thought there might be a chance of him turning up in HB but as only the normal Bumblebee was in HB the other day, I decided to make sure I got him. Sure enough, there was an EG there this morning! £2.70 cheaper in HB than TRU, but I didn't mind, as I still had him at a good price.) In addition to those Animated that Primenova listed above for Home Bargains (though they didn't have Sammy or Waspy, boo), my branch today had Prowl, Soundwave and Snarl; the other day, they had Lockdown, Bumblebee and Cybertron Mode Optimus. Aside from those last three (at least, they weren't in Cardiff), TRU and Home Bargains have exactly the same assortments; with a price of £7.69 vs £4.99, head to Home Bargains if you can!

Alternatively as I mentioned in the discount thread, TRU has a price promise. Find it locally within 7 days of purchase and they refund the difference provided its not one of those 24 hour sales. Or match the price if you are buying.
Useful if TRU has the figure you need and HB doesn't.

I saw Animated Ratchet in Home Bargains. Aside from the unreleased toys (Arcee and pals), that's pretty much the whole Deluxe range that have now been spotted there. I think it's just Blazing Lockdown, Oil Slick and Jazz that have yet to be spotted.

Actually, I *think* they might have had Oil Slick in the Home Bargains I was in too. Don't think Swindle's been spotted either, just Blurr?

Ah, yes, though I did see Swindle in TRU. I can only assume it was one of the Mexican toys, though, as I don't remember the packaging.

Got an Animated Waspinator earlier in the week.
These tales of Mexican TFs in TRU remind me of the grand old days of Christmas 1998 and it's US BW Imports....

I got those ones of Waspy, EG Bumblebee and Sam Prowl

The Voyager version as opposed to the Legends one from the five pack.
Range seem to be getting the same wave everyone else had cheap a few weeks back. But (given my experience of toys in there) probably much more expensive !

Wreck-Gar and Atomic Lugnut in TRU for 9.99 a pop I believe, Shockwave and Skywarp in Entertainer.
I dont think there is a Shockwave/Wreck-Gar case, that would have been too cool!
For the record, I know Americans were saying the quality on Skywarp was awful, I actually found him to be superior to my Starscream.

Wreck Gar is great, I'll be picking up a second so my signed one doesn't get damaged. Still need to find Skywarp and Shockwave. I have the purple Shockwave but they seem like a legitamate set of recolours somehow.

I saw Shockwave and Skywarp in Home Bargains once, a few weeks ago at the same time they had the Universe Ultra. I thought it had been reported.

No sign of Wreck-Gar in Home Bargains today, but they do now have Safeguard. It's £11.99 so it's actually cheaper in Toys 'R' Us and Smyths. However, the comic did appear to be the American, all-English language version.

My Tescos had them at full price still! It seems to be a store-by-store thing. Tesco in Falkirk has deluxes at full price, but Voyagers reduced to £14.97 - just in time for Voyager Megatron, Stratosphere and the cement mixer fella showing up. (It appears to be becoming the run of things here - new waves only show up when there is a sale on. It makes sense as sale is really the main time that the larger toys sell really). Karl

Toys'r'us (at least the Glasgow West branch) now have the following:
ROTF Scout wave 4, introducing Nightbeat and Ejector.
Animated voyager assortments J and 02 (the packaging is pretty random): 2 x Shockwave (grey), 1 x Skywarp, 1 x Blitzwing 2 x Atomic Lugnut, 2 x Wreck Gar
The scouts are reduced to 5.99 as of this morning, and the Animated voyagers remain 9.99.
