Shamelessly stealing the idea from elsewhere on the board.... Name your top 5 toys in a particular toyline Week 1: Original Star Wars figures 1977-1985Let's start with the mother of all action figure lines See www.rebelscum.com/VINfigures.asp for help.

Oh. Coming in, I thought this was to name your top 5 toys. Not across one line a week. >_<
Top five star wars toys... Ahsoka Tano Space Suit Ahsoka Underwater Ahsoka "Mature" Ahsoka Clone Wars Luminara
This is my experience with Star Wars toys. Swap out "Mature" Ahsoka, which I never found, with Bariss Offee, and that's my entire colection.

Good thread! Good thread!
Ahhh, Star Wars, my first love! I had all but a handfull of the original figures as a boy. I still have many- in very over used condition!
Top 5 original Star Wars figs:-
5 Weequay -Awesome figure from my favorite Star Wars scene. 4 Jedi Luke ROTJ -Even as a child I was touched by his journey. 3 Hammerhead -He began his own 'Revolution' against Jabba in my stories! 2 Boba Fett -Every kid loves the Fett! 1 Jabba -The entire Jabba's Palace act in ROTJ blew me away as a boy, because this was when Luke became a Jedi, and this was the Return of the Jedi. And getting my Jabba figure allowed me to experience that moment again and again!

1 R2-D2 - the first figure I ever bought 2 Luke X-Wing - first alternate costume for a figure. I always wanted a removable helmet on this figure so he could be posed like he is on Degobah in ESB 3 Han Hoth - love my Hoth figures 4 Luke Bespin - first figure with a holdable lightsabre, as opposed to a built in one. Always annoyed me that Luke Hoth (which came later) didn't have a lightsabre. 5 Luke Stormtrooper - you know I'd have settled for a Luke head on a Stormtrooper body...... but no they gave us a removable helmet as well so you could pretend that figure was a stormtrooper. Six years late but pleased to finally get it. A shame they never did a Han Stormtrooper in the original line
and so many more C3PO, Jawa, R5D4, Admiral Ackbar, Nien Nunb....

All I can distinctly remember from childhood so I guess they make the top 5-
Boba Fett (duh) Leia in Bounty Hunter disguise (Jabba's palace) - she has a removable hat! Chewbacca and C3PO with netting (end of ESB) R2D2 - I remember being fascinated by the pop out light sabre gimmick
I guess I liked accessories as a kid.
I'm sure I had more as I have a Millennium Falcon, X-Wing, Y-Wing and an AT-ST in the loft.

Blimey, this is a tough 'un.
I'll say:
5) The Emperor 4) Royal Guard 3) Droopy McCool 2) Han in Carbonite 1) Boba Fett
But there are loads I like and would probably pick a different list if asked again.

Oh, easy.
1. Bespin Luke - my first Luke Skywalker figure and still one of my favourites 2. Hoth Han Solo - Loved the parka and it always brought to mind the Hoth parts of ESB, which was my favourite part of the film 3. See-Threepio with removable limbs - my enduring memory of Threepio has always been of him being carted around in the bag and so this will always be my favourite Threepio toy 4. R2-D2 with periscope. I just loved the whole idea of the periscope. It was a fun play feature and I am somehow always disappointed in Astromech droids that don't have one. 5. Darth Vader - It is Darth Vader, the Dark Lord of the Sith (whatever the Sith are, and whatever they need a Dark Lord for...)

A Clone Wars figure. We'll do modern SW & CW later separately. There's a link in the first post to the SW line I meant.

Uhh.. 1. The Emperor 2. Rancor Guard 3. Stormtrooper 4. FX-7 5. R2-D2 (even though I was annoyed he didn't have a pop out third leg.)
That was harder than I thought.

I always thought mine was missing a bit, or I was doing something wrong because my R2D2 only had two legs, and there was an obviousl place for the third leg to fit underneath! Also I was convinced for a while there was a way to take the droid out of the X-Wing. Again, because it seemed so obvious!

As a late convert to these, mine go:
1. Skater Girl (Series 6) 2. Evil Robot (Series 8) 3. Galaxy Patrol (Series 7) 4. Bagpiper (series 7) 5. Tie betwixt The Thespian and Alien Villianess (both series 8)
Only going by the ones I actually own here.

The fault appears to be ProBoard's ignoring the spaces in the URLs and possibly Lego's for then not processing their own URLS right Anyhow mine: 5) Series 8 Alien Villainess yeah it's basically the Alien Conquest commander but blowing pink brain !!!!!!!!! wooo 4) Series 7 Galaxy Patrol Superb figure. Best Space Human so far 3) Series 3 Gorilla suit Guy It's a Lego Man. Dressed as King Kong. How fab is that? Align it right and his eyes pear out the costume. Align it off centre and there's glowing yellow eyes. How superb is that? And he's the obvious partner for.... 2) Series 5 Lizard Man which is a Legoman dressed as Godzilla! Here you can see the face through the mouth but either a red or black head substitution makes a superb actual monster. 1) Series 4 Hazmat Guy That face. Under the helmet. Sweating with the stress. Super.

Aaargh! I need to avoid those links like the plague! I don't collect Lego figures, but fear I might be drawn in! If I start collecting Lego as well as all the other stuff I collect, the threats of Husband Beating and Divorce would begin to stalk me like two giant stalking things!
Alas I cannot take part in this weeks Top Five question.

In no particular order, and some of which I own and some I just want to:-
1) Evil Robot - he is a 1940's/50's robot, and is Evil. How can one not love that. 2) Lizardsuit Guy - GWAH! LEGO Godzilla, complete with actor inside the suit. Brilliant. It does occur to me that with some blu-tac and some of the Fire pieces from the LEGO City fire stuff one could give him a creditable Marvel/Hanna Barbera Fire Breath as well. Need to get me one of these. 3) Galaxy Patrol - Starship Troopers (movie) suit, with WH40K-esque shoulder pads and a great "GRRRRR" expression. A winner 4) IT Bloke - for the fact that with that haircut he bears a certain resemblance to a younger, slimmer Karl. I also love his coffee cup which implies he keeps his Caffine in Root. 5) Hazmat Guy - The first of the Minifigs from the blind packs that I got. His expression is priceless and I love the way his hazmat gear is realised. He spends time in the support crew for every LEGO flying vehicle I have - just in case.
