Ah. Not the best one to start with. It's OK but doesn't really showcase the potential of the format and is one of the more pedestrian ones
In other news, the spirit of the quickly erased from history TARDISODES lives on in a special, mind-bogglingly terrible online promo scene thing for the new season. Find it if you dare.

Apparently I have won the Companion Chronicle The Catalyst off ebay for a mighty £2. Is this one supposed to be any good, or will I keep hitting duffers?

Tragically I have literally just finished getting all of 1-50 off ebay after a painstaking trawl! Curses! But this is a great offer, and I'd really encourage people to take them up on it! I would heavily recommend The Holy Terror, Jubilee, Davros, Chimes of Midnight, The One Doctor, And The Pirates, Spare Parts and Seasons of Fear. Or Muuuutannnnt Phaaaaase I would NOT recommend Sirens of Time, Phantasmagoria, Invaders from Mars or Zagreus.

You definately want those four Phil, I can guarantee you will like them! Careful, Ralph likes Sirens of Time! I still remember being disappointed when it first came out. There was a massive build up, and I got it on the Longleat Dr Who day that same year. Super excited, and... I couldn't understand a word that was going on. Mark Gatiss' stories have a similar effect. I love the guy, he's done a lot of great TV work, books and acting, but his BF plays just seem so hard to follow. |
