All 3 are recoloured, Rartorata just less recoloured than the other 2. Uses grey plastic where Injector was black.

Got Survive a decade ago from YJ. I think I thought it was Botcon Barbearian, bit disappointed to find out it wasn't, but is actually a pretty nice looking figure. Eventually got a case fresh Barbearian and Double Punch 2 years ago which along with my Mc Beasts wrapped up my early Beast Wars collection. (Im ignoring purple gator megatron)

Keep forgetting that Killer Punch is a different mould. Thankfully I dont care enough to track it down.

Blueshift: Also I mean, Big Convoys can still be got sealed in box for cheap, it's good that it isn't a straight reissue as that begs the question "why"?

Not every fan is aware of the after-market for old toys or finds it easy or convenient to go down that route, which can be very confusing and difficult. There are also new fans coming in to collecting all the time who don't know about all the toy sites or have knowledge of old releases. It's much easier just to hit a 'order' button for a reissue.

I prefer reissues to original toys anyway as they are new and shiny. I also like them where possible to be as close to the original as possible.

Surely some mistake. I won't have to remortgage for that! Also because I'm not going to buy it since I have the original, but were I to be - and it is a lovely looking repaint - that price'd make it a no-brainer.

But at that price, I'm really tempted to snag this one too. If only to support more Beast Wars.

Maybe they might start to consider some others, like Ravage, and Killer Punch (assuming the Jaguar tooling is found/remakeable, and assuming Hasbro's pretty constant use of Guildart didn't wreck the mold)

I was marking this as an easy pass, since I've already got Big Convoy (albeit one of the arms has seen better days), but the fact this has a different colour scheme tempts me to pick him up. I wonder why they changed it though.
