Got some Forces In Combat back issues from 1980 in the shop last week, never seen that comic before and was surprised to see ROM reprints in it. Strange line-up in the comic with ROM, Sgt Fury, Shang Chi, Rawhide Kid, Kull, Machine Man and a comedy "I was Adolf Hitler's Double" strip on the back cover.

Rom's UK reprint history is very odd
I fist encountered it in the SW comic which slices and dices a few early issues together and then reprints 22 23 24 26 & 27. 25 was reprinted in a special which was pure unobtainium at the time
Forces of Combat reprints some of the same material
And I think there's a third title (Future Tense?) that also reprints some
