And what's the point of making Logan & James *Hudson* cousins  ? (yes you read that right - Wolverine is Guardian's cousin) There is no point. It is a thoroughly absurd thing to do. That whole situation was quite complex enough with Claremonts sketchy Logan-Heather-James love triangle element. There is certainly no need to create a blood relationship between Logan and Mac. It seems like everything Daniel Way does with Wolverine has the effect of making his world smaller, not larger.... Karl |

A reminder that the X-Men/X-Force/Cable Messiah War handbook is out this week ! Hopefully with less Way influenced continuity shinnanigans than the Wolverine one !

X-Men Future History Messiah War Handbook not your typical handbook style, a collection of brief pieces on the characters, Cable's hardware, what's happened in both books till now. Slightly disapointed.

Not had a chance to pick it up, but I had a glance through Nick's copy. Splendid stuff. There's a Flectcher Hanks character called Whirlwind Carter who in looks and description is pretty close to Stardust the Super Wizard!

Official Handbook to the Marvel Universe Update (1 of 5): when the most prominent characters in a handbook are Gladiator, Wyatt Wingfoot, The Midgard Serpent and Xemu the Titan do I sense the bottom of the barrel being scraped ? I await a post Siege volume with updated Cap, Thor & Iron Man profiles.
