£10 in B&M. Want me to grab you one if I see one?
Similarly Crazybolt, the other Cyclone Minicon deployer, is £13.50 in The Entertainer.

Ooh, no, hold on that. I'll go and have a look myself first. Ta!

It's certainly instructions for Masterpieces and some Generations for me. Wreck Gar and Perceptor have never been transformed since the instructions went, they are just the opposite of intuitive. I feel the good Doc's pain. Generations Perceptor is great! Wreck-Gar... is not because of how he F*CKING self-destructs if you transform him wrong due to the tolerances on the soft plastic. Madness!

Perceptor was shite.

Back on topic, RID Overload is so obviously an Impactor homage there can be no doubt. Just paint it purple.

A quick RiD question. What is the difference between the Deluxe-sized Starscream in the current wave that Asda are selling for £12, and the Deluxe-sized Starscream that TRU want £19.99 for? I am a bit confused here - we seem to have two of the same toy, only one costs eight pounds more than the other?

TFWiki says no difference. The premium is just TRU pricing. It was an exclusive to them but the Combiner Force one is a mass retail reissue.

Just caught a splendid gag in the toyline. I was puzzled by why a minicon had the really dull name of 'Decepticon Back'. It annoyed me. Today, I saw a minicon called 'Decepticon Forth'.
The penny has finally dropped. I see what they did there.

There are several paired Minicon names in RID. Hammer and Anvil too.
Back & Forth however there,s some confusion as to which is which and one looks totally different in the cartoon

So you could say that people have been back and forth over which one is Back and which one Forth...
I'll get my coat.

Ultra Bee vs BruticusWe saw a second Decepticon combiner, Menasor, in art form on the side of a bus previously.

Looks just like a larger version of the engineering on the Crash Combiners. I sadly fear it will be pump. Don't expect those legs to be able to move.

Something about it puts me in mind of some of the Brave toys - on a vastly smaller budget, and with less flair and creativity on the design side - but a little of the feel of them.

I... am intrigued. And let's face it, much as I love the Combiner Wars toys, it took me a few minutes today to get Superion stood up on my desk. If there's less posability but easier playability, then that's going to be a win for younger kids.
Now I'm just waiting for the whole combiner concept to trickle down to Rescue Bots...

Every time I move in the bedroom UW Computron falls over. Devastator took a header off the top shelf as well, that still gives me nightmares.

I'd have to have a Bruticus, but Ultra Bee doesn't give much hope it'll look any good.

I will always go for playability over poseability. I just fear it looks very similar in engineering to the Crash Combiners which I bought and found to be shite. RID Warriors and Legion have many gems though. -Ralph

Acquired Warriors Stormsurge and Blastwave today. My only previous Warrior was orange Drift. These two are up to that standard. Fun toys. Worth the £12 asking price Asdaland want for them (though not the £18 of elsewhere).
Blastwave has neat ways of storing the sword and Stormsurge has a 2-pary combining gun!

Motormaster could be repainted in Prime colours when you see the truck mode.
