Reread HOXPOX over the last week or so. Fab story, loved it loads and certain bits were much clearer for a second reading.
Still think it broke the X-Men. And still feel like the Resurrection Protocols are merely creating copies, with Wolverine's Adamantium being a major problem.

Was given the 'making and art of' the 90's cartoon book. It's lovely.

Finally read the last bit of Onslaught. Onslaught: Marvel Universe this morning.
That was absolute shite.
Thankfully the back issues also contained X-Men 70 - the first post Operation: Zero Tolerance issue, still an absolute cracker and filled with promise of a bold new direction...what a shame it didn't last.

Properly read ‘Trial of Magneto’ and ‘Inferno’ over the weekend. Trial really loses momentum midway through. Inferno was a decent exercise in moving some pieces around, plus it gave one of my favourite Merry Mutants an excuse in being a badass.

I also like how it doubles as an early '90s X-Men character guidebook.

I still maintain that X-Men #1-3 in the early 90's was solid gold that still holds up to this day.
Then it...went wrong.

Oh yes, I agree X-Men 1-3 was gold. Bob Harras handing over the books to the artists only for them to walk less than a year later, tit.

Did you know the 1963 released X-men #1 came out in 1964. See the "so called" comic expert jonathon ross on The Wheel air date 18/3/23

It's an absolute crime we don't have more of them as Stryfe could have had more files on other mutants.

I also thought they missed a trick when Onslaught happened not to properly do The Xavier Files or Protocols whatever they were called - the definitive book on how to kill all the X-Men.

ready for the Krakoan stuff to be done now.
I saw Gail Simone's name attached to the FCBD X-Men tale, would be very happy if she took over the reigns of the X-Men.
