It's a recently released comic which was 'What if Optimus Prime didn't die in the movie?" but written by someone who clearly hated the movie and all the characters in it, so writes all the movie guys like idiots, LOL MAGNUS CANT DEAL WITH IT HOT ROD IS DUMMMMM LOL, you know
